TP Wall Art {from the web}

Luego he leido: Made from toilet paper rolls…genius

_______  _______

I found this photo in Pinterest. Caught my attention because I liked the shape. Then I read: Made from toilet paper rolls ... genius

_______  ______

Obviously I clicked the link swift and fast as the wind (what did you expect?)

Basically it tries to cut rolls of toilet paper into strips 1" wide, folding, painting on both sides with our friend spray painting  (that you bought yesterday for mason jars), stick it with the glue gun with the form you want, let it dry and. .. voilà: A spectacular work of art!

P.S.: It is highly recomended to use rubber gloves when using spray paint.

A mi me encanta este encontrado aquí:

Mason Jars {from the web}

_______  _______

Recently I'm seeing a lot of photos of mason jars, the kind for preserved. And then I go to the supermarket And what i find? Glass jars. It will be a coincidence, but I started looking for things to do with them ...

_______  _______

The first is easy. You only need glass jars, a pencil to write on them, a glue gun and spraypaint the color you like

Turban Twisted Scarf {from the web}

_______ _______

Oh Yes! I found the ideal headband with the ideal fabric! Like a turban but attached to the rear by a snap fastener.

Now that's hot and we want hair up, or for those who like me are in growth phase and some are going right and others left ... You will not have to worry about tying the scarf whenever youwish to wear it and you will avoid the ugly knot at the nape.

It is very simple to do, tomorrow I am going to buy fabric and as soon as I will make it I will post a photo.

(a mi me salen unos 56+2 cm).

_______  _______

Cut 4 pieces like the image (more or less). Head should be measured by where you want to use the scarf as headband and add about 2 cm. (my I get a 56 +2cm). Is always better to err of over than less.

Sew the pieces together at the back, leaving a hole about 1 cm to spin the fabric. Once turn them you must sew the part that we have left open. When you have made the two bands they have to be iron so they remain flat.

Crossing bands, fold in on themselves, sew the ends and sew the button automatic.

Ready to go!

Cota de malla {from the web}

It's more or less 1 year and a half that I keep can tabs. For what? To make a bag. How? Well, making a "chain mail"

Some time ago I saw a belt made of the famous tabs, I studied it and I realized that for me would be impossible. Crochet and me are, at the moment, incompatible. So I looked for an alternative. And I found it (what did you expect?).

_______  _______

Ruffled Tee {from the web}

Recently some of the things I see in clothing stores or magazines do not seem complicated to do, so I begin to surfing the net for a solution to what I have seen.

Obviously most of the time IT IS complicated, at least for me that I am novice in these things.

And sometimes I have luck, like today.

The material you need is:

2 cotton t-shirts
Scissors

Pins
Thread
Needle

Iron

_______  _______

Tijeras
Hilo
Aguja

Plancha

Cut one of the tees into 6 long strips then sewed a basting stitch close to one side and pulled into a ruffle. No need ti hem.

No necesitas coser.

Play around with where to put the ruffles and then pinned them in place

Then just sewed the ruffles into place and ironed them a bit!

Coser los volantes y plancharlos un poco.
