Una de las razones para querer el pelo largo es poder recogerlo, que parece un sin sentido pero no lo es. Colas, trenzas, moños... Hay mil modos de recogerse el pelo.

Hace algún tiempo Joanna Gooddard de a Cup of Jo inició una serie de post con recogidos para boda que me parecen muy llevables con un par de tejanos.

La modelo es una amiga de Joanna que se llama Caroline (el enlace os lleva a su e-tienda de joyas)

1. Recoge tu pelo en una coleta alta con una goma elástica para cabello. Es importante apretar mucho el elástico, de lo contrario cuando llegues al paso 3 tendrás que volver a empezar.

2. Desliza la goma elástica hacia abajo para que no quede pegada a la cabeza.

3. Crea un pequeño "agujero" en la parte suelta del (entre la cabeza y el elástico)

4. Pasar la cola atraves del agujero que acabas de crear.

5. Nota: Asegúrate de pasar la cola de caballo a través del agujero desde ABAJO hacia arriba

6. Pasar toda la cola hasta que salga por la parte superior del elástico. Necesitaras abrirla un poco a modo de abanico para crear una forma uniforme.

7. Coge el final de la cola, girarla hacia el interno y pásala a través del elástico. Si tienes el pelo muy largo tendrás que enrollar tu pelo alrededor de una mano antes de fijarla en la goma.

8. Fija las puntas de la cola con algunas horquillas y clips. Asegúrate que quede bien fijada y utiliza clips y horquillas para fijar el resto del moño. Puedes utilizar laca para una mayor fijación.

1. Gather your hair into a high ponytail and secure it with a rubber band. You want the band to be pretty tight (otherwise the sides of the ponytail will droop after you do step three).

2. Next, slide your rubber band down a little so it's no longer tight against your scalp.

3. Create a little "hole" in the loosened part of your hair (between your scalp and the rubber band).

4. Pull your ponytail through the hole you just created.

5. Note: Be sure to pull the ponytail UP through the hole

6. Pull the ponytail all the way through so it hangs over the top of the rubber band. You may have to fan out the ponytail a little to create an even shape.

7. Next, loop the end of the ponytail under, towards the rubber band. If your hair is super long, you may have to wrap the ends of the ponytail around your hand a few times before you tuck it under.

8. Pin the ends that you just tucked using a few bobby pins. Make sure it's pinned very securely. Then keep pinning the sides and bottom of the bun until it feels secure. You can spray with hairspray for extra hold.

Nacido en los Países Bajos, copropietario de Mooi, diseñador principal de Droog Design, ha trabajado en todos los campos desde la cerámica (Bisazza) a las lamparas (Flos) pasando por sofás (Moroso), griferia (Boffi), baños (Bisazza),  papel de pared (Marcel Wanders) y joyas (Chi ha Paura). Creía que ya había hecho de todo, y en cambio no. 


La nueva linea Dressed para Alessi (Febrero 2011) es GENIAL. Porcelana blanca decorada con relieve, cristal, acero inoxidable decorado siempre en relieve. No sólo platos, servicio de cafe y fuentes, también cuberteria y cristaleria. 


Parece que yo haciendo publicidad, aunque os puedo prometer que no voy a ser pagada por estas palabras.
